docs: 📝 add note about terminal flashing issue on Windows

* Added a section addressing the terminal flashing issue when running the app on Windows.
* Provided a link to issue #103 for further details.
* Explained that this occurs due to the Python `ffmpeg` library when `extract_flac` is activated.

### A terminal is flashing when I run this app on Windows
Please see this isse [#103](https://github.com/exislow/tidal-dl-ng/issues/103).
This is due to the Python `ffmpeg` library which is used and only happens on windows if `extract_flac` is activated.
