fix(makefile): 🐛 Update gui-macos-dmg command to use sudo for create-dmg

* Changed the command to run `create-dmg` with `sudo` to ensure proper permissions on macOS.
* Added a sleep delay of 60 seconds to allow for any necessary processing time.
