Character creation is entirely point buy but you can buy 03 Lineage, 04 Heritage, and 05 Background and which can grant Version 1/Notes/2 Attributes/Attributes, Skills, and 08 Features then left over points can be used to purchase more Attributes, Skills, and Features. Also have a way for players to create their own Lineage, Heritage, and Background. Essentially a Lineage will grant +2 attributes and -1 attribute, some number of skills, and features. Heritage and background will do similar stuff. Will also probably give Knowledge and Language skills.
